Michelle was referred to me by a mutual friend. The referral was accompanied by a recommendation of the highest level. In my opinion Michelle exceeded in all categories. Knowing that Real Estate Businesses were going to be allowed to re-open on May 7, after being shut down by COVID-19, Michelle encouraged me to list the condo such that we could have showings on May 7. Michelle worked hard to get us into our new home as quickly as we could have hoped for. If we had a question or an issue, it was handled promptly. Most of our issues that we experienced were on the end our buyer's financing. Michelle kept positive pressure on them to expedite before the holidays.

We have been working with Michelle Elie for a couple of years. We have been very specific on what what we were looking for. A couple of opportunities came up in the specific area we were looking at but the selling price was to high per her advice. We saw a for sale by owner in the area we wanted. We called Michelle and she gave excellent advice on what to offer even though she would not get a commission. We took her advice and now own the property. We subsequently listed our home for sale with Michelle and received two full offers within two days. Our house sold for the highest price ever in our area. A concern was the bank appraisal for the buyers. Michelle met with the bank appraiser at the house and pointed out the comparables and the extra features in our home. The appraisal came in at the full asking price. Michelle is a professional and was always pleasant to work with.
