Welcome to Ellsworth Lake; a small tucked away gem in the Chelsea School District that offers total relaxation and beauty. This house sits on a large lot offering lake access and beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding nature. The home has one bedroom, but the addition off the back has been used as a second bedroom and could easily be walled off for privacy. There are newer white kitchen cabinets, Andersen double paned and insulated windows, cozy family room with a wood burning insert. This place would make a great lake cottage second home, or primary residence. The Brightmoor Association is unique as it offers community shared pavilion for large gatherings, and has a private beach area with a grill and cabana. Every resident owns the lakefront so the new owner can have a dock and boat on the lake. Another bonus about this location is that the entire western side of the lake is undeveloped, making the sunsets even more amazing! The association doesn't allow jet ski usage.
